Epipremnum’s a climbing plant family found from the Tropical forests of China, to the Himalayas, through to South East Asia and even Australia. They have aerial roots that helps them climb trees. They’re famous as houseplants as they are generally easy care, handling low light conditions and forgiving of different temperature and humidity levels. The most famous is the Epipremnum Aureum, which has been hybridised to include the Pothos Devils Ivy, Pothos Snow Queen, Pothos Marble Queen, Pothos Neon/Goldilock and Pothos Jade to name a few. The only real drawback of Epipremnums, like most aroids they are toxic to pets.
