If it smells like funk it must be the legendary Voodoo Lily (Amorphophallus bulbifer)! This rare gem is most famous for it’s enormous and offence smelling flowers (technically a spathe) that smell like rotting meat! They can flower once a year and it lasts only a day or two. The stench is so bad it’s recommended to have them outside (and far away from the house) during blooming months in summer.
